About Program
The Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Empowerment specialization at the University of Surabaya Management Study Program is designed to produce graduates who are able to empower human resources (HR) in an entrepreneurial context. This program integrates entrepreneurial principles with HR management strategies, making graduates ready to face dynamic industrial needs.

Curriculum
- Digital Human Resources: This course equips students with skills in utilizing digital technology for HR management, including talent management systems and HR digital platforms to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Human Resource Analysis and Audit: Students are trained to carry out in-depth analysis regarding the efficiency and quality of HR in organizations. They learn audit techniques to evaluate performance and identify areas for HR development.
- Advanced Entrepreneurship and Venture Business Strategy: In this course, students explore further aspects of entrepreneurship, including how to design and implement business strategies to build and develop new ventures. They are taught business feasibility evaluation techniques and strategies to increase business competitiveness.
- Training Management and HR Skills Development: Focusing on developing effective training programs, students learn to design training and development programs that suit organizational needs, including mentoring and coaching methods for the development of interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Human Resource Scorecard: Students learn to use scorecards as a tool to measure and improve HR performance. This scorecard includes various metrics to evaluate individual and team performance in achieving organizational goals.
