Siti Rahayu, S.E., M.M., SCM.

Siti Rahayu, M.M., adalah seorang dosen profesional yang berdedikasi tinggi dalam bidang manajemen dan pariwisata. Beliau meraih gelar Magister Manajemen dari Universitas Surabaya pada tahun 2000, menjadi landasan kokoh bagi karirnya di dunia akademis dan praktis. Pengalaman mengajarnya sangat luas, mencakup beragam mata kuliah seperti Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, Manajemen Kualitas, Dasar-Dasar Manajemen Operasi, Psikologi Layanan, dan Organisasi dan Manajemen Hubungan, menunjukkan keluasan wawasan dan kemampuannya dalam mentransfer ilmu. Selain itu, beliau aktif melakukan penelitian terkait fesyen berkelanjutan, terbukti dengan penelitian tentang "Pengajaran fesyen di Universitas: Pendekatan Pedagogik untuk Meningkatkan Sustainable Fashion di Indonesia Melalui Green Fashion Based Learning" dan "Interaktive Learning: Pembelajaran Slow Fashion untuk meningkatkan Sustainable Fashion di Universitas". Dedikasi beliau juga tercermin dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dengan fokus pada scale-up industri pariwisata melalui digitalisasi dan pengembangan produk unggulan di berbagai desa di Mojokerto dan Surabaya. Keahliannya juga diperkuat dengan pelatihan yang relevan, seperti Supply Chain Manager (SCM) dan PEKERTI, menandakan komitmen berkelanjutan terhadap pengembangan diri dan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran serta kontribusi kepada masyarakat. Dengan kombinasi antara pendidikan formal, pengalaman mengajar yang beragam, riset yang inovatif, pengabdian yang nyata, dan pelatihan yang relevan, Siti Rahayu, M.M., menjadi sosok inspiratif yang berkontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan pariwisata di Indonesia.
