Biografi
Dr. Andhy Setyawan adalah seorang dosen yang berdedikasi tinggi dan ahli di bidang manajemen, khususnya pemasaran dan perilaku konsumen. Beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan doktoral (S3) di bidang Ilmu Manajemen dari Universitas Brawijaya – Malang pada tahun 2023, yang semakin memperkuat fondasi akademiknya. Dengan pengalaman mengajar yang luas, Dr. Andhy Setyawan telah membimbing mahasiswa dalam berbagai mata kuliah kunci seperti Manajemen Pemasaran, Pemasaran Digital, Perilaku Konsumen, Riset Pemasaran, dan Statistika. Keahliannya tidak hanya terbatas di kelas, tetapi juga tercermin dalam penelitian yang mendalam, termasuk analisis mengenai faktor pendorong niat berwirausaha Generasi Z dan peningkatan produktivitas sektor Blue Economy melalui teknologi digital, yang menunjukkan komitmennya terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan inovasi. Dr. Andhy Setyawan juga aktif dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dengan fokus pada scale-up industri pariwisata melalui digitalisasi dan pemberdayaan desa wisata berkelanjutan berbasis potensi lokal, membuktikan kepeduliannya terhadap kemajuan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensinya, beliau telah mengikuti berbagai pelatihan profesional, termasuk Digital Marketing Specialist, Certified Professional Marketer (CPM Asia), Certified Marketing Analyst (CMA USA), serta pelatihan di bidang pemodelan ekonomi dan budaya organisasi. Dengan kombinasi antara pendidikan formal yang kuat, pengalaman mengajar yang kaya, penelitian yang relevan, pengabdian masyarakat yang berdampak, dan pengembangan diri yang berkelanjutan, Dr. Andhy Setyawan adalah sosok inspiratif yang siap berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan dan pengembangan masyarakat. Beliau terus berupaya untuk memberikan wawasan baru dan solusi inovatif dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis dan sosial yang semakin kompleks.
