Curriculum
Professionalism, entrepreneurship, and leadership are the keywords of PS MM's vision and will be based on innovative and ethical characters. The world of business and industry not only requires professionalism but also needs to emphasize the importance of ethics. In addition, the entrepreneurial spirit has also become the focus of education because it is expected to be able to open new businesses and create jobs. Business school graduates must also be inspiring and innovative leaders.
The main activities in the learning process focus on student activities to be more independent (student-centered learning) to prepare students to carry out life-long learning. At the same time, lecturers provide guidance and direction and act as facilitators and motivators. This learning process also reflects the program's uniqueness so that it can become a holistic learning arena (character and mastery education) for learners. Adinurani is one of the activities regularly carried out to instill the values of MM FBE UBAYA education and introduce students' vision, mission, and competency achievements. As part of forming the distinctiveness of MM FBE UBAYA graduates, Adinurani is an absolute requirement for student graduation from the MM FBE UBAYA program.
The program provides an academic degree by applicable laws and regulations, in the form of a Master of Management, abbreviated as "M.M." according to their respective concentrations, which must be placed behind the names of the bearers before the professional title.
The competencies built for MM FBE UBAYA graduates are to become business leaders who are adjusted to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) at level 8.
