Biografi
Dr. Ruth Chrisnasari is a lecturer and researcher with expertise in enzymology and biotechnology. She earned her PhD in Food Chemistry from Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands, where she focused on the enzymatic formation and characterization of bioactive compounds. Her research centers on enzyme mechanisms, biocatalysis, and their application in food and health-related biotechnological innovations. She has worked extensively on enzyme-substrate interactions, oxidative enzymes, and microbial pathways, with the aim of developing sustainable solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, and biochemical industries. Dr. Chrisnasari is passionate about bridging fundamental enzymology with applied biotechnology, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations, and contributing to scientific advancements that support both academic development and industrial impact.
