Biografi
Rofi Aulia Rahman joined the Faculty of Law at Universitas Surabaya (Ubaya) in May 2021. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in 2016 and completed his Master's Degree at Asia University, Taiwan, in 2020, where he was recognized as the top law student and received the Excellence Award for Innovative Academic Achievement. Currently, Rofi is pursuing a PhD in Law and Political Sciences at the University of Szeged, Hungary, focusing on human rights and artificial intelligence. At Ubaya Law School, he teaches courses in Judicial Power, Rule of Law and Democracy, Legal Drafting, and Comparative Constitutional Law within the Department of Constitutional Law. His primary research interests include Constitutional Law, Democracy, and Artificial Intelligence Governance, and he has published extensively in these fields.
