Dr. Gabriel Tirtawijaya is a leading expert in Aquatic Biotechnology and Sustainable Bioresource Valorization. A doctoral graduate from Pukyong National University (2019), Dr. Tirtawijaya drives innovative research focused on harnessing Indonesia's rich marine potential. His core expertise lies in Marine Organism Bioprospecting, Developing Novel Seafood Products (Boga Bahari), and pioneering Seaweed Tissue Culture as a solution for future food security. Academically, Dr. Gabriel is a compelling educator, lecturing on high-demand subjects such as Functional Food & Nutraceuticals, Bioprocess Engineering, Aquaculture Technology, Protein Refining, Waste Management, and Animal Product Technology, equipping students with practical, cutting-edge industry insights.
