Biografi
Aking Sandi Pribadi is the Director of the Bachelor of Medicine Program at the University of Surabaya (Ubaya). He brings over 20 years of extensive experience as a public health practitioner within international NGOs, providing a robust global perspective to his leadership in medical education. A dedicated medical educationalist, he holds a Masters degree in Medical and Health Profession Education (MHPE) from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He is a Fellow of the FAIMER Regional Institute of Indonesia (FFRI) and an active member of the Indonesian College of Health Professions Education (IAM-HPE). His professional focus on reflective practice and mentorship is evident in his contributions to the "The Art of Mentorship" workshop series, where he facilitates sessions on enhancing students' reflective learning skills. This commitment to holistic development is further demonstrated by his leadership of a soft-skills curriculum initiative supported by the national Program Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka (PKKM) competitive grant in 2024. His dedication to academic excellence was most recently recognized when his program secured 1st Place for Study Success Rate at the 2026 Ubaya Educational Organization Management System (UEOMS) Awards. Beyond his institutional role, he actively contributes to the global discourse on higher education. He recently served as an international panelist for Advance HE and the Australasian Program Leaders Network, where he advocated for the inclusive and culturally relevant application of the Professional Standards Framework (PSF) within diverse academic contexts.
