About Program
Current business developments are becoming increasingly digitalized and innovation in every business process in every industry is becoming more necessary. The Digital Business Innovation (DBI) program provides students with an understanding of four functional areas in management in a business context that is undergoing digitalization or going through a digital transformation process. The material taught in this specialization includes Digital Transformation of Industry, Culture & People in the Digital Era, Start-up Financing, Digital Customer Analytics, Agile Digital Strategy. Meanwhile, the 3 elective courses are E-Leadership, Intellectual Property in Digital Industry and Content Creation.

Curriculum
Main Curriculum Structure:
- Digital Human Resources: This course equips students with skills in utilizing digital technology for HR management, including talent management systems and digital HR platforms to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Human Resource Analysis and Audit: Students are trained to carry out in-depth analysis regarding the efficiency and quality of HR in organizations. They learn audit techniques to evaluate performance and identify areas for HR development.
- Advanced Entrepreneurship and Venture Business Strategy: In this course, students explore further aspects of entrepreneurship, including how to design and implement business strategies to build and develop new ventures. They are taught business feasibility evaluation techniques and strategies to increase business competitiveness.
- Training Management and HR Skills Development: Focusing on developing effective training programs, students learn to design training and development programs that suit organizational needs, including mentoring and coaching methods for the development of interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Human Resource Scorecard: Students learn to use scorecards as a tool to measure and improve HR performance. This scorecard includes various metrics to evaluate individual and team performance in achieving organizational goals.
Learning methods:
This curriculum uses interactive and applicable methods, such as case studies, field projects, and business simulations. Students also have the opportunity to make direct observations in the field and take part in various relevant certification programs in the field of HR management.
