About Program

The Master of Economics Program is a Master's Program in Economics managed by the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Surabaya (FBE Ubaya). The opening of the Master of Economics Program was granted on January 10, 2025, through Decree of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Number 46/A/O/2025. The Ubaya Master of Economics program offers a digital economics curriculum that presents an innovative approach by utilizing digital technology in economic analysis and policy.

Vission

To become a master's program in economics that is known in Asia for its excellence in economic research and teaching.

Mission

1. Developing knowledge in the field of economics, particularly regarding studies on national economic competitiveness in international business and innovation in banking and financial services that support sustainable development.

2. Organizing educational programs that contribute to improving the quality of life of the community through the development of curricula based on research findings and community service that are adaptive to economic, social, and technological changes.

Future Careers

Curriculum

Lectures are conducted using a Semester Credit Unit (SKS) system. Students must complete 42 credits over three semesters. Lectures in the Master of Economics Program are held regularly every day, starting at 6:30 p.m. and ending at the Ubaya FBE Postgraduate Building.
